KI NO BI : “The Beauty of the Seasons” is inspired by tradition and is distilled, blended and bottled in Kyoto. Our gin is made in a recognisably dry style, but with a distinct Japanese accent.

Using 11 botanicals such as Green Tea, Yellow Yuzu citrus and Ginger, distilled in six distinct flavour categories, known as the 6 Elements.
The establishment of The Kyoto Distillery – The Kyoto Distillery was established in 2014 by the three founders: Noriko Kakuda Croll, David Croll and Marcin Miller.
