We have no control over the use of data by our local fulfilment partner and are not responsible or liable for the privacy practices or business practices of any local fulfilment partner.

    • The prices set out in this site may be altered by usat any time without prior notice to you.
    • Prices quoted include all applicable taxes and duties and are in Emirati dirhams and do not include any delivery charges, unless otherwise stated.
  • Orders, collection and refunds
    • When placing an order with us, you confirm and warrant that a) all the details that you have provided in placing the order are true and correct; b) you acknowledge that supply of products is subject to availability; c) you acknowledge that we are simply acting as a liaison between you and our local fulfillment partner whose terms of sale will be apply to the purchase of products; and d)  we and/or our local fulfillment partner may reject or accept your order at their sole and entire discretion.

    • Any specials, promotions, clearances, offers and discounted items listed in this site are subject to their specific terms and conditions and are available while stocks last unless otherwise indicated.
    • Requirements and procedures for payment, collection and returns of products will be subject to the terms provided by our local fulfillment partner.Once an order has been accepted by our local fulfillment partner, a link to payment by credit or debit card will be sent to the email address provided with your order.

    • These T&C shall begoverned by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. You agree that the courts of the Dubai International Financial Centre shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute, disagreement or claim arising out of or in connection with these T&C, its subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes and claims).
